How do I log in to my dashboard?

This article will explain how to set up your GlacierGrid dashboard login for new users, and how to troubleshoot any login errors for current users.

 

New Users

You are ready to set up your GlacierGrid dashboard and access our suite of products.

  1. You should have received a welcome email from us that includes an activation link. If you do not have that email, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
  2. Admins will see the subject line: Important: Create Your GlacierGrid Dashboard.  If you are inviting a Viewer, the subject line will read: Important: Join your Team.
    1. We have two different kinds of user types; admin and viewers. 
  3. Click the link within that email and it will take you to a password creation page. Create a unique password here. If you have issues logging in, please run through the troubleshooting process below.
  4. Once you have established your password, you can then navigate back to the login screen and login to your GlacierGrid Dashboard

Current Users: 

If you have already set up a GlacierGrid Dashboard password, click here. Then, select your preferred method of login and enter your user name (email) and unique password combination. 


What if I can’t login to my GlacierGrid Dashboard?

If you are having issues logging into your GlacierGrid Dashboard, please try the following steps in this order:


GlacierGrid Mobile App

  1. First, try restarting the app on your mobile device.
  2. Next, try restarting your mobile device. 
  3. Check for any new app updates. Ensure your device’s software is up to date so that you can download the latest updates.
  4. Verify your device's internet connection.
  5. Try logging out of the app and back into it.
  6. Click Reset Password in the login screen and try logging in again with the new password.

GlacierGrid Web App

  1. Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies.
  2. Open the web dashboard on a private browser.
  3. Trying on a different browser type (such as Chrome or Firefox).
  4. Verify your computer’s internet connection.
  5. Log out and back into the web portal
  6. Click Reset Password in the portal’s login screen and try logging back in with your new password.
