In this article, we'll explore how our snooze feature functions and how to implement it.
What is a snooze?
A snooze is a feature that allows you to temporarily disable alerts for a specific duration. This means that during the snooze period, you won't receive any notifications, even if the temperature or humidity levels reach the alert threshold.
How do I snooze my alerts?
Snoozing your alerts is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Open your GlacierGrid app.
- Locate the equipment you want to snooze alerts for and swipe to the left.
- Click the bell icon and select the duration for the snooze. You can choose from 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours.
- Click "apply" to implement the snooze.
That's it! During the snooze period, you won't receive any alerts. Once the snooze ends, alerts will resume automatically.
Important Note: The snooze alert feature is only available on the GlacierGrid app, not on the web dashboard. Make sure to download the latest version of the app to access this useful feature.
