If you are looking to expand the scope of your monitoring and energy control operations with additional GlacierGrid equipment, please take the following steps:

  1. Reach out to support@glaciergrid.com with a detail of your request. The team will send you an expansion form to fill out. 
    1. The form will include hardware amounts (temperature sensors and hubs), shipping address, and contact information.
    2. If you run into issues filling out the form, please reach back out to our support team and we will assign a representative to assist you further.
    3. If you filled out the form but have not received a shipping confirmation please reach out to support@glaciergrid.com
