GlacierGrid Dashboard
How many dashboards will I have access to?
Only 1 dashboard is assigned per company. You can connect unlimited locations, users, teams, and sensors to your dashboard.
How many locations can I set up?
You can have an unlimited number of locations or sites added to your dashboard.
How many temperature and humidity sensors can I have per location?
There is no limit to the number of sensors connected to a single hub, however, we generally recommend no more than 20 sensors per hub.
GlacierGrid Hardware
Replacement Policy:
We want you to feel confident about your hardware investment with us. If any of your hardware ever needs replacement, there's no need to worry. We've got you covered, and it won't cost you anything extra, though we will ask you to return your old hardware (only temperature sensors and hubs) back to us or pay the MSRP value of the hardware you keep. Your satisfaction and keeping your equipment running smoothly are our main priorities.
Hardware Requirements Simplified:
To keep things sustainable and cover our hardware costs: for every hub you use, make sure you have at least 2 temperature and humidity sensors on your subscription for that hub. Remember that you're not limited to just 2 temperature and humidity sensors, there is no limit to the number of sensors that can communicate to a single hub. This rule helps us maintain our replacement policy while giving you the flexibility you need.
