Partner Server Outage
Description
Our cellular partner, Hologram, announced a Cellular connectivity interruption on some SIM cards.

[Investigating] Our server partner, AWS randomly started sending us gateway connection statuses that kept flip-flopping between connected and disconnected every few seconds. We are working to deploy temporary fixes while we await AWS's assistance.

[Resolved] We identified the issue causing the internal time and the gateway's time to become unsynchronized from AWS. Our team has rolled out a fix to any affected gateways, though some resist the update. We will continue to fix the update until all affected gateways are updated.
